Tottenham vs Chelsea: Team news, injuries, possible lineups


Tottenham Hotspur will today evening tackle Chelsea at Wembley Stadium in the Premier League fixture.

Mauricio Pochettino’s side head to the game following a 1-0 victory over Crystal Palace in their last match.


Spurs have won three of their last seven Premier League meetings with Chelsea.

Pochettino will welcome back playmaker, Christian Eriksen, while Moussa Sissoko is expected to start in the midfield for the hosts.

Jan Vertonghen is out of action until December, while Davinson Sanchez and Danny Rose are also not ready to make a return.

Forward, Dele Alli, who has scored five goals in his last four games against Chelsea in all competitions is expected to feature for Spurs.

Meanwhile, Chelsea head to the game after playing a goalless draw with Everton in their last game.

Apart from midfielder, Mateo Kovacic who has a muscular injury, the Blues manager, Maurizio Sarri has no new injuries worries in his side ahead of the clash.

The likes of Ross Barkley, N’Golo Kante and Jorginho are all expected to start for the visitors in the middle of the park.

Sarri will have to decide who to start in the attack line between Alvaro Morata and Olivier Giroud, while Willian and Eden Hazard will start from the flank.
